My stay at the Wyndham Grand exceeded my expectations! I loved the stunning city view from my King Room, especially at sunset. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. Just a note, the elevator was quite slow during peak times. a wonderful visit!

You just can't beat the location. Being right in the heart of downtown with a view of the three rivers is incredible. Motel 6 has bigger rooms! The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower but the toilet. it was for kids! Got to say though, that view was worth every penny!

It wasn't inexpensive but the location made it still acceptable.

But goodness, the bathroom was tiny—felt like I was in a cupboard! And they should really check for lost socks before the next guest arrives!

The common areas feel dated, with worn carpets and peeling wallpaper in need of some TLC that you wouldn’t expect for the price. As for the coffee situation? Not exactly what you'd call enjoyable. Plus, having your car towed after trusting the valet's advice isn’t the highlight of a trip either, which made for a rather costly inconvenience that lingered long after check-out.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to access the Carnegie Science Center and PNC Park. The staff were incredible, especially Asia at the front desk, who quickly resolved our reservation issue and made us feel welcome. Brian at the restaurant was also great, providing attentive service and menu recommendations.

There was no refrigerator in the room and the phone was not working.
